I sat in on a Parks and Rec meeting this past week.  PPR is interested
in
expanding the Community Gardens program and I know that NE Portland is
on
the list of garden-deficient areas.  Parks is looking for communities
interested in helping them find 10,000 sq ft (minimum) sized parcels
with a
willing seller.
