[BWNA] Police at BWNA meetings

Hi Rob,
My sense is that we should invite an officer to our meetings on a periodic
basis. As I've written, if people feel there is a special need to have an
officer present at the next meeting, Dennis should go forth and invite one.
This is probably the lowest crime neighborhood in the City. I'd (I, Me,
Albert) would prefer to spend our time on other things. And, there are
plenty of us on the Board to impact what we spend our time on. It's not a
dictatorship.
These are my last words on the subject.
