Dennis makes an excellent point, but I can assure you that I have checked with
and discussed the minutes issue, and any NA can decide what form to use, and
should the Board decide that "minutes shall be put in writing and made
available to the public" on paper/pen as we have for years, then we are in
complete compliance, and have no requirements under law to do anything MORE
than just that.

Note that saying that other means of recording minutes MAY be allowed does not
mean that they ARE mandatory, rather instead they are optional, and as such,
do not need to be used, or in this case, can be limited or restricted.

I hope everyone can see how these diffrerences, although seemingly minor, make
a huge difference in this issue and the proposal that is being put in front of
the board.
