Hi Jim,

I don¹t have such a list.

I suggest we just go with the newly revised by-laws, or please work with
Sandra to figure out what needs to change in our old by-laws.  I spent a lot
of time on this already.  If you really feel like putting effort into it,
work with Sandra.
