How are you doing in reviewing, or getting reviewed, our pre-existing
bylaws to determine what areas are
not in compliance.
Note that it has been about three weeks since I originally asked.

All Albert did was to take ONI's model bylaws and plug in new names.
(I'm surprised that such trivial changes even were worthy of review.)
That was not acceptable at the recent board meeting and I got the job
of trying to preserve the current bylaws as much as possible.
