Hi -- I picked up the meat this afternoon from Columbia Empire Meats. It is currently sitting in the back of my minivan packed in dry ice to stay cool. The total cost was $209. In addition, the veggie burgers are sitting in my freezer at home. I bought those at Safeway, which had a good discount last week -- total cost was $47. I am working until 5pm today and will try to be at the park by 6, with the meat and my grill. Also, I have some latex surgeon-type gloves at home that I can bring for those of us who might be handling the raw meat.

Thanks,
Dennis Lisk
